- In the event of inclement weather or hazardous conditions, scheduled cleanups may be delayed. We will reschedule your service as soon as conditions allow.
- If your pet(s) will not use the yard for an extended period (e.g., vacation, illness), notify us in advance to pause service and avoid unnecessary charges.
- Liability:
- Sandy Scoop assumes no liability for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other property during service.
- It is the client’s responsibility to secure any pets that may pose a safety risk during visits.
- Fees and Promotions:
- Service fees and promotional offers are subject to change. You will receive a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice before any adjustments are implemented.
- Service Termination:
- Either party may terminate service with written notice at any time.
- All outstanding balances must be paid within 15 days of termination.
- Agreement:
- By initiating service, both parties agree to these terms and responsibilities.
